Bathrooms that hold up wet

Powder rooms to primary suites. Waterproofing detailed, tile set by our own crews, stone tops templated in-house, and fixtures we actually stock — so a bath project doesn't turn into three vendors pointing at each other.

What's in the number

The parts a cheap bath bid leaves out

A bathroom is a small room with a lot of trades stacked in it. Here's what we price up front.

Behind the wall

Waterproofing & substrate

Proper membrane or backer, sloped bases, and a curbless entry done so it drains — not just looks flat.

Comfort

Heated floors & ventilation

Electric radiant under tile and a fan that actually clears the room, sized and vented to the outside.

Surfaces

Tile & stone, set by us

Shower walls, niches, benches, full-height surrounds and a vanity top templated to your sink.

Fixtures

Icera, Gerber & Pfister

Toilets and washbasins from Icera and Gerber; faucets, tub and shower trim from Pfister and Gerber — stocked, specified and warranted by us.

Storage

Vanity & built-ins

Cabinetry at several price points, medicine cabinets, linen towers and recessed niches worked into the framing.

Access

Aging-in-place ready

Blocking for future grab bars, comfort-height fixtures, wider doorways and curbless showers — built in now, invisible later.

Icera — the fixtures on every bath we build

Icera is our featured bath line: high-efficiency toilets, integrated washbasins, vanity tops and coordinated suites like Muse and Canto. "Next-level comfort" in their words — quiet-close, water-saving at 0.8–1.28 GPF, and clean enough to sit right with the stone and cabinetry we're already templating.

  • One-piece, two-piece and wall-hung toilets
  • iWash integrated basin-and-toilet units for tight powder rooms
  • Vanity tops cut to an Icera or drop-in basin
  • Colored vitreous china options (Canto) when you want the sink to be the moment

How much does a bathroom remodel cost?

A refresh (fixtures, vanity, tile, paint, no layout change) runs roughly $12k–$25k. A full bath remodel with new layout, tile shower and stone top is typically $18k–$40k. A primary-suite rebuild goes up from there. Run your own band with the budget calculator.

How long is my bathroom out of service?

Most single-bath projects are 4–6 weeks on site once we start, with a 1–2 week gap while your stone top is fabricated after templating.

Do you do curbless / zero-entry showers?

Yes — done right, with the slope built into the base so it drains, not eyeballed. It's also the smart move if aging-in-place is anywhere on your horizon.

Can I keep my existing vanity or tub?

Often. We'll tell you honestly whether it's worth keeping or whether the cost to work around it exceeds replacing it.

Why Icera specifically?

It's a full luxury bath line we can stock, spec and warranty as one company — so the toilet, the basin and the vanity top all get handled by the same team templating your stone, instead of a plumber's catalog pick that shows up late.
