Fans and fan-lights mounted on a fan-rated box, balanced and tested before we leave.

What if the swap needs more work?
Sometimes a toilet flange is rotted, a ceiling box is not rated for a fan, or a shutoff valve will not close. We tell you what we found and quote it before doing any extra work.
