How the matching works

Every color leans warm or cool, light or dark. Warm colors like sage, cream and terracotta glow with brass, bronze and oak. Cool colors like blue and gray feel crisp with chrome and polished nickel. Deep colors let brass and pale stone stand out.

Keep metals consistent

Pick one main metal for faucets and shower trim, and at most one accent metal for lighting or hardware. See brass and gold fixtures and faucet finishes compared.

Check samples together

Screens show color differently. Bring your paint chip to the showroom and hold it against real finish and stone samples in daylight. Then build the look on a mood board.

Common questions

What faucet finish goes with sage green?

Brushed brass or gold is the classic pairing, with oil-rubbed bronze for a darker, more rustic look.

What hardware goes with navy cabinets?

Brass for a warm, classic look or polished nickel for a crisper one.

What metal finish goes with gray walls?

Brushed nickel or matte black. Warm grays also work well with brass.
