Renovate the whole house, phased sanely
Kitchen, baths, floors, systems and layout in one coordinated project — sequenced so the disruption is managed, not endless.
One plan for the whole house
Scope & sequence
We map every room, system and finish, then phase the work so you can stay put where it makes sense.
Mechanical reset
Wiring, plumbing, heating and insulation brought up to date while the walls are open — the cheapest time to do it.
Fix the flow
Walls moved, ceilings opened, a real entry and mudroom — the changes that make an old house work now.
One material language
Flooring, trim, paint and hardware specified across every room so it reads as one house, not six projects.
You in the house
Dust walls, protected paths and a working bathroom and kitchen kept online through as much of the job as possible.
Same PM start to finish
Weekly updates, one schedule, one punch list for the entire renovation.
Can we stay in the house during a whole-house renovation?
Usually for part of it. We phase the work and keep a working kitchen and bathroom online as long as possible, with dust walls and protected paths. Some phases — floor refinishing, a full HVAC swap — need you out for a few days.
How long does a whole-house project take?
Most run 4 to 9 months on site depending on scope and how much of the structure and systems change. Design and ordering happen first, so the total from first call is longer — we give you a real schedule up front.
Design-build or hire trades separately?
For a project this size, one contract removes the gap where the plan and the price do not match. Same project manager, one schedule, one number you approve before demo.
