Toilets
Comfort height, clean lines, and a flush that works the first time — plus the macerating options that make a basement bath possible without breaking the slab.
Toilets, specified with the room
One- & two-piece
Skirted, easy-clean bowls with quiet-close seats — Icera is our featured line, plus TOTO, Kohler and Gerber.
Wall-hung
In-wall carrier and tank (Geberit) with a wall-hung bowl — recovers floor space and cleans in one wipe.
High-efficiency
WaterSense-certified 0.8–1.28 GPF and dual-flush, without sacrificing performance.
Macerating & up-flush
SANIFLO systems put a full bath below the sewer line — no jackhammering the slab.
iWash units
Icera integrated basin-and-toilet units for genuinely tiny powder rooms.
What is comfort height?
A bowl about 17 to 19 inches to the seat, versus 15 inches on a standard toilet — easier to sit and stand, and the better default for most adults and anyone planning ahead.
Can I put a bathroom in the basement without breaking the slab?
Yes — a macerating (up-flush) system like SANIFLO pumps waste up to the main line, so a full basement bath goes in without jackhammering the floor. We use it for basement and addition baths routinely.
Are wall-hung toilets worth it?
They recover floor space, make the floor easy to clean, and look current. The tradeoff is an in-wall carrier and tank (Geberit) framed into the wall, so it is a decision made during rough-in, not later.
