Drilled to spec
Single-hole, 4" centerset or 8" widespread, plus holes for a soap dispenser or a wall-mount faucet, drilled at the shop.
Detailed to match
Eased, bevel or ogee edge, and a 4" backsplash, full-height slab splash, or none.
Templated to the cabinet
We measure the actual vanity, including walls that are not square, so the overhang and the scribe are right.

What does a custom vanity top cost?
A standard 25×22 top runs roughly $350–$900 installed depending on material; a double or a full slab splash goes up from there. Remnants can cut that significantly.
Can you use a remnant?
Often, a vanity is small enough that a leftover premium slab from a kitchen job is perfect, at a fraction of the price.
Do you set the sink and faucet?
We set undermount and integrated basins; your plumber connects the faucet and drain, or we coordinate it within a full bath remodel.
How long?
About a week from template to install once the vanity cabinet is in place.
