Do you move furniture and pull up old flooring?
Yes — furniture moving, old-floor demo and disposal, and appliance disconnect/reconnect are part of the quote unless you want to handle some of it.
Hardwood or LVP for a New England house?
Hardwood in the main living areas for resale and feel; LVP in the kitchen, baths, laundry and basement where water and temperature swings are a factor. We often do both in one house.
Can you install over my existing floor?
LVP and floating floors, often yes. Nail-down hardwood and tile need the old material up. We confirm at the measure.
How long does a floor take?
A typical main level is 3–6 days depending on material and prep. Site-finished hardwood adds drying time for sand and finish.
