When do I pick appliances?
During design, before the cabinets are ordered. The range width, the fridge depth, whether the dishwasher is panel-ready — all of it changes the cabinetry drawings. Picking appliances after the boxes are built is how you end up with fillers and a hood that does not line up.
What is a realistic appliance allowance?
For a mid-range package (range, hood, fridge, dishwasher, microwave) budget roughly \$6,000–\$12,000; a pro range, column refrigeration and a wine unit push it well past \$20,000. We build the allowance into the project number so it is not a surprise line later.
Do you deliver and install?
Yes — one delivery, coordinated with the cabinetry and counter install, and our crews set and connect everything except the gas line, which the licensed trade handles.
