Ruvati — workstation sinks that do more in the same footprint
Artistically crafted sinks with an integrated ledge that carries cutting boards, colanders and drying racks — a second level of prep space over the bowl. We stock Ruvati across materials and styles.
WorkstationLedge + accessories
Sliding boards, colanders and racks included — prep, rinse and dry without leaving the sink.
StainlessScratch-proof HexBottom
Embossed hexagonal pattern that hides scratches and quiets the bowl.
Composite & fireclayepiGranite & dualcube
Granite-composite in matte colors, plus Italian fireclay with workstation capability. Gunmetal black is a standout.
Which sink for your kitchen
Workstation
Single large bowl with a ledge. The current default for a serious cook's kitchen.
Apron-front / farmhouse
Exposed front panel, fireclay or stainless — cut into the cabinet face, so the run has to be planned early.
Double bowl
Wash on one side, rinse on the other. 60/40 or equal, undermounted flush to the stone.
Bar & prep
A smaller second sink for the island or the butler's pantry, paired with a prep faucet.
Do I choose the sink before the countertop?
Yes — at templating. The bowl size sets the cabinet minimum, and the sink model determines the cutout, the reveal (how much stone overhangs the bowl) and the faucet-hole layout drilled into the slab.
Undermount or drop-in?
Undermount, in almost every stone countertop — it's flush, wipes clean and looks intentional. Drop-in makes sense for laminate or a quick utility install.
Are workstation sinks worth it?
If you actually prep in the kitchen, yes. The ledge turns the sink into counter space you didn't have, and the accessories replace three separate gadgets.
