Why does the rough-in matter so much?
The fixtures get the attention; the supply lines, drains, venting and shutoffs behind the wall decide whether it all still works in ten years. We spec and install the rough-in to the same standard as the visible fixtures.
PEX or copper?
PEX on a home-run manifold for most of the house — fewer joints, freeze-tolerant, individual shutoffs, and quiet. Copper or Viega press where code or exposure calls for it. We size the system to your fixture count.
Do you handle basement drainage below the sewer line?
Yes — SANIFLO macerating systems and Liberty Pumps sewage ejectors let a basement bath, laundry or bar drain up to the main without breaking the slab.
