- Oversized items ship by LTL freight, free on freight orders over $750 (subject to carrier coverage).
- Ships via UPS, FedEx or USPS; a physical address is required for UPS and FedEx.

Returns
- Returns accepted within 14 days of receipt with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

- Returns are inspected and subject to a restocking fee of 15–50% plus freight, depending on condition.
