A built-in laser gives you the precision to hone in on the exact surface you want to measure, whether it is a pizza stone, grill, or griddle; it will also identify any hot spots on the cooking surface. This thermometer features a foldaway probe design for storage and safety, with an IPX3 water resistance rating, and the Hold button lets you see the temp easier.
